I dropped off laptop to user, had them sign in, then log into the internet w/ their credentials. They said they can install anything that they need to.

laptop all ready, it is ready for a drop off! Is 
there any special software this laptop needs aside 
from the usuals (zoom, chrome, office, adobe, 
etc)?
