I am listed in the user settings as admin/mobile. 
My computer is 20220037[Edit Inv]

If it doesn’t work - both printers are listed as 
installed. Should I remove and reinstall?

Hi Kendra,

Do you have your department code for printing? 
Also, do you have admin rights to your school 
laptop? Please provide the W# of your device if 
possible so we can verify in our system. 

Try restarting your device to see if that may 
resolve your issue as well. I have attached 
instructions below on how to connect your WOU 
device to the printer(s).

Hello,

My school laptop was printing to the following 
printers:
Threesisters-ca-miles
Threesisters-ca-ellington

Today it stopped working. The job stays paused. 
I’m wondering if I need to reenter my password 
somewhere? I’m just not sure where to do that.
