I asked if they wanted all user data to be deleted, all data accept for hers to be deleted, or the machine to be completely wiped. She will get back to me on what she wants, it sounded like she was okay with wiping it.

computer already has m.sata blade ssd, so there isn't a better one to put in it except for a bigger GB one. I deleted the other user data except for Chelsee's, and I also gave her the option of completely wiping the computer as this would speed it up the most. Waiting to hear back, if she doesn't want that, then this is ready for a drop off.
