FUTURE TROUBLESHOOTING FOR THIS DOCK:
if some usb ports on the dock are not working, try 
flipping the usb-c connection to the computer. It 
worked for me.

Hi Shawn,

I just wanted to check in with you regarding service 
request #81488

Description: Water spilled on docking station now 
docking station will not turn on. 

I wanted to check & see if your dock was still 
working fine? If it is still working I will go ahead 
and close the service request!

user was able to get it working and everything 
plugged in correctly.

User called this morning 10/26/2023. Stated that 
she had tripped and fell and spilled water on the 
docking station. She was able to get it dry as 
much as she could. However, now the docking 
station is not turning on. User stated that she 
did have issues previously with her docking 
station and does not know if that may be the case 
in this situation. She also added that her docking 
station may not be turning on due to it not being 
plugged in correctly. And would like a tech to 
come over and help replug things back in properly.
