I went over there and installed setup. I took back one of her old monitors and left the other one for a second screen. I updated that in inventory. Everything hooked up properly, everything added properly. I didn't grab 20150202[Edit Inv], when she came over to the office with me to install the VPN, she said she could drop that by soon. Closing ticket.

I am reaching out because it seems there hasn't been many people inquiring about your new laptop setup. I believe we have your new laptop mostly updated; we were wondering if you knew of any additional pieces of software that we would need to download for you on the computer outside of our usual apps (zoom, MS office, adobe, chrome, etc).
