We have recently reinstalled and updated your macbook pro that was having some issues and it is ready for a pickup. Do you still have a loaner that was taking this computer's place in the meantime? If so, we will want to make sure that any physical data saved on the loaner is put onto your H drive / cloud storage.

Attempted standard image with disk util and used 
Apple Configurator to revive and restore macOS. 
The device now can boot, but still shutdown when 
pluging and unplagging either USB or Magsafe 
charger.

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #81509

Description: Macbook shutting down repeatedly

Currently, we are working on your Macbook and it 
has an iCloud Apple ID linked to this device. 
Without removing the Apple ID we get an error when 
attempting to restore. Would you be able to remove 
it from your account at iCloud.com so that we can 
restore the device?

Got desktop files taken off of computer and put onto a NVMe flash drive. 
Tried to update directly to Sinoma, Got the boot loop issue. Updated to 
the latest version of Ventura and waiting to see the outcome of updating 
to Sinoma from this version of Ventura.

She brought her laptop in because over the weekend 
it started randomly shutting down. She tried to 
update the OS but it would never finish, it would 
start and then shut down. She says it's gotten to 
the point where when she powers the computer on 
and tries to log in, it  just shuts down and 
restarts. Putting it in the inbox
