Changed port from the laptop USB port to the Dock 
front USB port.

Changed wireless adapter's port for the keyboard 
to see if it would allow her typing to me more 
responsive. The slowness referred to is only when 
typing. Opening apps and doing anything else works 
perfectly fine. Leaving ticket open incase she 
still has issues. If there is no issue by the end 
of tomorow I will close ticket.

Cheri called to request for a tech to drop by and 
assess/figure out why her laptop is running slow 
and freezing. She is available all-day, apart from 
the lunch hour 12-1pm. You can give her a call @ 
88837 to confirm a date and time. She would prefer 
a visit and not to have it dropped off to UCS.
