Hi Daniel,

I was able to fix the HDMI port issue with your laptop. The problem was a pin in the port was physically bent out of shape, causing the connection to not fully connect. I was able to delicately lay the pin back down, and now it is working again. It is ready for a pickup.

I was able to push this pin back into place delicately with our sharp nosed tweezers from the iFixit kit. I plugged it in - GENTLY - to an HDMI cord and it works. Letting user know.

with the laptop closed, and the apple logo facing on top, if you look at the HDMI port you can see that, on the top of the connector where the metal traces are, that the farthest left trace is bent off where it should be.

Took at the laptop, the HDMI cable will not be 
detected by the macbook, but it does notice the 
display if it goes from HDMI to USB-C. Not sure 
what the resolution will be. Still 
troubleshooting. Macbook is in the inbox.

1st issue: I have been trying to submit my 
timecard and it won’t go thru. It says there is an 
error after timing out.

2nd issue. The HDMI port in my MacBook Pro is not 
working anymore. I can not do two screens anymore. 
It stopped working after I brought my computer in 
to get it reImaged because of a Virus.
