Laptop 20160681[Edit Inv] is back at UCS in the 2 weeks pile, and Todd got his laptop awhile ago (I don't remember the exact date). Closing ticket.

The laptop updated, but it still isn't enrolled - this will be fixed and this ticket will be closed when he comes in to get his new laptop.

We are still open and operating this Friday. In terms of giving you instructions on how to do this, I may be able to try and give you instructions for updating the OS itself, but not instructions really for how to re-add this laptop to WOU's enrollment. This is crucial for allowing our department to roll out updates and certain software features to keep this device secure. If you would be able to come into UCS this Friday, or at your earliest convenience, that would be helpful for us to ensure that you are running on a secure device.

I would definitely prefer to install a newer version of OS, but it says the one I have is current. Can you just give me instructions on how to do it remotely?

Todd Sholty called and reported that Chrome is no 
longer working because it can't update. It says it 
needs at least 10.15 OS to run but Todd's laptop 
is on 10.13.6 and doesn't say there's any updates 
available in system preferences. 
He also says a pop up window shows up every day 
regarding "WOU Device Enrollment Notification" 
When he tries to allow it, the installation fails 
and shows a lift of verified and unverified files.
He does not work on campus and is not close enough 
to drive and bring it in, is there a way to 
address these issues remotely or walk him through 
what to do?
