Hi Amber,

I need some additional information regarding service request 
#81582

Description: Computer freezes up when mouse hovers over parts 
of the screen

I have some time today to come take a look at this issue if you still 
need our assistance. I’m available until 4 pm today and won’t be 
back until 12:00pm tomorrow if you’re available. If these times 
don’t work for you please let me know your availability so we can 
get someone over there to take a look at this issue.

oh yes.  I've done all the things.  I have to 
clear my cache daily and bounce between Firefox, 
Chrome, and Incognito tabs to be able to function 
at work because of the SAML error that plagues me.

depending on where my mouse hovers sometimes.  I
