Hi Beeb,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #81594

Description: Computer won't boot up all the way (has 
power, no screen function) 

I just wanted to follow up from Jack's email and ask 
if anyone had been out to check on your computer? 
Has the issue been resolved? If not then is there a 
time in the next week that works for us to come take 
a look at it?

Beeb called from NS 216 and he was trying to 
restart 20181430[Edit Inv] but after restarting the whole 
system just became black screen. There is power 
indication but he can't get the computer to 
display on the monitor. He says this issue is not 
that urgent, low priority so whenever a tech has 
time to check it out that would be good. You can 
contact beeb for more info @ 89274
