old image downloaded, running updates for basic image. Emailing to 
ask if any special software is needed.

Computer just started going through reimaging.

couldn't detect a hard drive - hard drive was installed, I put a 
different hard drive from our spares and it now shows up. Imaging is 
down / delayed or something, so will probably have to wait until 
Michael is back in office.
