I replaced the CPU in the console, and pulled the 
loaner. It is back in the loaner box in ITC 008. Tested 
the system, and everything seems good now.

Hi Chelsee,

I need some additional information regarding service request 
#81602

Description: Computer in ochoa room is not working

We were able to take a look at this computer and noticed the 
computer was very slow. The computer had a bad connection with 
the smart room, so we replaced that. The actual computer seems 
like the hard drive is bad, I’m waiting for it to let me into windows 
right now. I suggest we swap the hard drive out for an NVMe, but I 
would need your approval to do so because the department would 
have to pay for the replacement. 

Once I’m in windows I can see if there is another option if you 
would rather not swap out the hard drive.

Greetings,

The computer in the Ochoco room was not working 
last night. It would not let a group log out. In 
addition, it would not connect to other parts of 
the smart classroom console and kept turning 
itself off. This computer was just in for repairs 
by UCS. ASTRA is up to date on the room 
availability. Please have a tech come out to look
