Visio was purchased through UCS in October. I have 
yet to be contacted for the installation on my 
work laptop since I am one of the end users. 
Visio is replacing a program that is now no longer 
being supported and we have quite a bit of work to 
be done to get Visio operational. It is my 
understanding that the other 4 licenses/users for 
Visio have not been contacted either for 
installation.

Can I get an ETA on this? We really need it 
expedited as soon as possible
