Hi Thomas,

I need some additional information regarding service request #81630

Description: Computer is having battery issues.

I have an open service request saying that there are some issues with this laptop, 20120566[Edit Inv]. Is this still ongoing? I would ultimately recommend the department submit a replacement request for the machine, as this thing is pushing 11+ years old.

user reports that their device is showing battery 
issues. the computer can't function without being 
plugged to charger. Also says that computer 
constantly goes to sleep mode and takes a while to 
wake it up from sleep mode. 

user requests that techs pickup the device as soon 
as they can.
