Hi Ben,

I was able to remedy the issue by rebooting the
document camera. When you press the power button,
or swivel the camera down to the platform, the
document camera goes into standby mode, it doesn't
actually turn off. To legitimately turn the
document camera off, the simplest way to actually
turn off the document camera is to use the
VSolution Link application. The shortcut for this
app is on the desktop. Look for a button in there
to shut down or reboot and that should do it.

Respectfully

Adam Logan.

The document camera was mostly fine, there was a
vertical bar across the right side with green
horizontal stripes.

Restarted the document camera. The bar
disappeared. vSolution keeps asking to update to
V2. Tried, never seems to take. Switched to
ucsadmin. Identical experience. I downloaded and
installed a newer version of the app, had to also
install .net runtime V 6.0. The new app works, but
was unable to detect the document camera when I
pointed it at the document camera's IP address. I
decided to reverse course, uninstalled the .net
runtime, and the newer VSolution App. The older V1
of VSolution Link continues to work fine.

Power cycle the document camera. Verify it is working
better.

Hello,

The document camera in MNB 103 is displaying a
very pixelated image, and there is some strange
static on one of the sides. Could you please send
someone out to repair it.

Best,
Ben
