I already picked up the laptop the week of Nov 20. 
Hoping it was just a fluke incident, but we will 
be in touch if it happens again with that laptop!

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#81738)

Description: laptop trackpad behaving as if the 
left-hand mouse button was being held down 
constantly

We were unable to recreate the issue. Please come 
in to ITC South Wing Room 009 at your convenience 
to pick up the laptop. I suggest trying to use it 
for a minute while you're here to see if the 
problem comes up in the context that you usually 
use the laptop so we can help you on the spot.

Checked out laptop. Could not recreate issue. Might 
of been a software issue, but it seems to have 
resolved itself. Laptop sitting in outbox.

Hello!

One of our transcribing laptops had a problem 
earlier today -- it seemed like the left button on 
the trackpad was getting stuck somehow - the 
machine was behaving as if the left-hand mouse 
button was being held down constantly. It seems to 
have resolved itself for now, but is that 
something you all could take a look at? Or do we 
need to wait until the problem happens again 
before you could do anything?
