could you confirm that the Dell Laptop W20200483 that was brought into UCS on 12/12 by Nick is intended for Dawn 
McNamee? We never received confirmation who the computer is intended for and cannot finish giving admin rights 
until we do. If you can confirm it is intended for Dawn, I can make sure her computer is ready to go as soon as 
possible.

Stated that she wanted to know more information 
about the laptop reimaging for the new hire Nick 
Miller. Looks  like the Laptop was never picked 
up. There is not a WOU number in for the device as 
of right now.

Help Desk, 

We have a new hire coming on Dec, 12th in 
Accounting and Business Services AR. This is the 
Receptionist's position. To the best of my 
knowledge the previous employee did not turn in 
her laptop when she left. I have the laptop in my 
office (101I Lieuallen Admin) if someone can come 
pick it up and do what-you-do to get it ready for 
the new employee.

(BTW, I have checked with folks and no one 
believes there should be anything special on the 
laptop that would need to be preserved.)
