I am getting communication from the printer and was able to send a test print from threesisters successfully. Will need to contact user for additional information or see if they are receiving some sort of error

user has been unable to print since the network 
outage. Sam tried to assist in troubleshooting:
-restart computer
-restart printer

user is still having no luck
