is available. Placed laptop in box 22

Seyed picked up the laptop and stated he is still 
having issues. He is going to bring back the laptop 
when he can.

Description: Loud fan causes shutdown 

We received the fan for your laptop. I replaced it 
and the laptop doesn't seem to be making loud noises 
now. If you'd like to come pick it up you're more 
than welcome to. I can also drop it off to you if 
you would prefer that.

The other fan came in for the other computer, still waiting on this one.

The screenshot attached is what was displayed before 
it shutdown on its own. He can be reached via email. 
He also has a device that he can temporarily so he 
will not be needing a loaner for the time being.
