Found fan still making strange noise. Gave to Jonnie to return and 
reorder. The one we received has a bend in it, I attempted to make 
it straight, but didn’t fix the issue.

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #81836

Description: Loud fan causes shutdown 

We received the fan for your laptop. I replaced it 
and the laptop doesn't seem to be making loud noises 
now. If you'd like to come pick it up you're more 
than welcome to. I can also drop it off to you if 
you would prefer that.

Tony opened the laptop up. One of the wires for the fan is not 
connected. Fan won’t run properly without it.

The screenshot attached is what was displayed before 
it shutdown on its own. He can be reached via email. 
He also has a device that he can temporarily so he 
will not be needing a loaner for the time being.

Seyed stopped by and he dropped this off to be 
assessed because the fan gets really loud recently 
since he has been doing his work. I was able to 
recreate the sound after opening up youtube (did 
not play video yet), and opening up steam. That 
immediately sent it off. He also provided a 
screenshot of an error that occured that
