Hello,
right now on the display screen there is no error. 
But when you print it makes a noise and probably 
something needs to be checked physically.
I tried from my laptop and there is not really 
anyone to test from another computer but I think 
it is the same problem even for other computers. 
The ip of the printer I am able to ping from my 
computer so it has a connection.
Today there are no students around to print.

Hi Arsilda,

I have created a service request for this SR#81838 
for our techs to come over and take a look at it 
as soon as they can! 

**Just wanting to make sure:
- do the students wanting to print have print 
credits? (sometimes this may be the case)
-also, have you tried using other computers to 
print through the printer 20160433[Edit Inv]?
- is there an error message displaying in the 
printer screen? if so, could you provide it?

The more information you provide can help our 
techs gather enough troubleshooting methods before 
setting out to come take a look.

we are having some problems with the printer xerox 
phaser 6700: 20160433[Edit Inv] in the ITC building in room 
302 student workspace.
We would appreciate to check it today.

It makes a noise and does not print,
