Hi Brady,

After chatting with UCS staff today, I'd like to 
request that a UCS tech come out on Monday 12-11-
23 at 9am to set up Ben's laptop, display port box 
and connect him to necessary printers and the 
Student Engagement I drive. His paperwork from HR 
looks to be finished today.

Please let me know if this will work. Thanks!

Hi Chelsee,

I need some additional information regarding service request 
#81867

Description: User wants to make sure device is ready for new 
employee. Ben Barlow

I was wondering if there was any additional software you needed 
me to put on this computer. If not it is complete and ready when 
Ben starts. I can’t give Ben admin rights at this time because his 
HR paperwork is not complete.
