Hi Paula,

I need some additional information regarding service request #81874

Description: Adobe sign issue - scheduled 12/14/23

With the person I just assisted on a similar issue, his adobe sign would: get stuck trying to download the finalized document, and be stuck on 'creating a read-only copy of your file.'

Another point that didn't work is upon requesting signatures, he was able to include any recipient, but after clicking on the location / where to send the file, it became stuck on uploading and wouldn't go anywhere.

Are these similar issues to what you're experiencing? Or is the ability to use adobe sign not present on your acrobat.

Hi Paula,

I need some additional information regarding service request #81874

Description: Adobe sign issue

Is this still an ongoing issue? 

If so, I would recommend confirming that you are signed in with your WOU credentials and that your account is licensed / activated, and that the Adobe Sign app is completely up to date through the Creative Cloud launcher on your computer. 

Let me know if this didn't work, it seems we have another individual encountering difficulties with adobe sign as well.

I closed everything and restarted my computer. I 
was able to sign out and sign in to Adobe creative 
cloud. It made me sign in with my WOU credentials. 
It still won't let me do the e-signature.

On November 15 ASWOU renewed my Adobe and 
Microsoft license. Today I tried to send a 
document with Adobe sign and it is not working. I 
checked to make sure I was signed in to Adobe with 
and I am but is says:
