Printer hinge being ordered to replace the broken one. Joanie is ordering it. Should be here by Dec.19th hopefully so that we can get the printer back to them before the term begins

To fix the broken piece we will have to bring the 
printer back to UCS. This will take about a week. 
Is this something that we could schedule during 
winter break?

Doesn't say anything on old ticket about: part being broken and potentially needing replacement, nor that a tech came to look at it.

There should be someone in the room from 10-4 
today, tomorrow and Friday. I am typically in at 
8-12pm tomorrow and Friday. I will also be around 
next week as well, most days from 9-12/1pm.

When one the techs came by to fix the printer, a 
piece ended up breaking and the tech was looking 
into replacing it. I have found that I can't scan 
papers with this broken piece. Is there a way to 
have this repaired? Additionally, there is a 
software that I have been trying to install that 
we use but it says I am not an administrator and 
can't make changes. Is there a way to fix this?
