swapped cables, didn't seem to be the fix - I downloaded the phaser 3260 software from xerox online, and that fixed all our issues. I showed her how to choose between her personal printer and the department printer. Closing ticket.

She got her zoom number, and I updated all of the equipment in inventory to be in her current office. Now, all that is left is to look at her personal printer. The small printer doesn't have a screen, but an indicator LED that will go different colors depending on whats wrong with it. It may not have toner.

After zoom phone gets added, and I get the WOU #'s of the printer that's having issues, as well as the old monitor's wou number, I can close this.

Setup took awhile, I was able to hook up everything, including this old 2010 monitor that I need to get the WOU # of. Everything else worked, I had to have them enroll in DUO and get that all situated, have their account added to the DUO group, and then add the printers. Her personal printer in the room, a 2017 xerox 3260, was not wanting to print or pull up on the printer menu and I believe it may be faulty.
