we have open for you (reimage WOU device #20170683 
(iMac) to be a multi-use computer for WOU:Salem 
Campus faculty). The iMac is reimaged and ready to 
be picked up! We are open until 5pm today then 
next week, Tuesday through Friday 8am to 5pm (we 
are closed for MLK Day).

Hi Kirstie, 

Our techs would be happy to assist in reimaging 
and having WOU device #20170683 set up as a multi-
use computer for WOU: Salem faculty. I have 
checked with our inventory and it is assigned to 
Sue Monahan. Our policy requires that upon 
receiving the device we put in a 2-weeks hold on 
it before reimaging in case the assigned user 
might want to retrieve any files from it. If that 
is not the case, once you bring it over our techs 
can start working on it for you.

Hello there,

We are changing one of our office spaces to be 
multi-use for faculty that teach out here. That 
office (Room 111) currently has a Mac desktop 
(20170683) that we need help resetting so multiple 
faculty members can use it. This desktop was 
previously used by Sue Monahan if that helps with 
any record keeping.

information.
