user wants to access adobe cc.
user is currently signed is as : 
schaafd@mail.wou.edu which has created a personal 
account instead of a WOU adobe cc profile. 

John recommends the user opens up their adobe cc 
app and current web browser and clean their cache 
and cookies before signing back in to adobe cc 
using the username@wou.edu format. 

I am sending the user an email recommending that 
they either give us a call so we can walk them 
through the process or come in so our techs can 
assist them. 

We just have been exchanging emails back and forth 
too much and fear they might get upset.
