Computer seemed to be working when I took a look at it. They had 
some questions about heat. Instructed them that sometimes it can 
get hot and cause it to not turn on properly. Leaving it unplugged 
and turned off for a bit will resolve the issue.

Everything working as intended.

Good morning,
The laptop in the library admin office (reception 
desk) will not turn on this morning. We've 
unplugged it from the docking station and tried to 
turn it off/on but nothing seems to be working. 
The WOU number is: 20210592[Edit Inv]. Could you have 
someone take a look at it?
