No, they don't! We mostly install tools (e.g., 
Lightshot — screenshot tool for Mac & Win) that 
are open.

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #81946

Description: Installation privileges

Does the programs you installing require a 
licenses? Just to make sure that we have a license 
for the software.

When would be a convenient time for us to come over 
and help you with your request?
