We were able to get this figured out last time I was in - turns out, they were open on her laptop screen which was closed! We went over some windows settings of either turning the laptop screen off or keeping it open when it was on. Closing ticket.

Have you checked that excel is completely up to date? You are able to open up word / excel, and then in the bottom left is the account button, where you will find the update button for Microsoft apps.

This user called tis morning 12/13/2023. We both 
worked together to troubleshoot somethings that I 
thought might work. Like restarting her device, 
redownloading the file, and closing the file 
completely and then reopening it as well as a 
couple of other things. However, nothing seemed to 
work for this user.

Hello UCS,

 

I’m having issues with these two documents.  Both 
came from Catalog & Scheduling yesterday.

 

They have sent similar spreadsheets in the past, 
and no problem with those.

 

I can open them from the email in protected view, 
but when I click Edit, they reduce down to my task 
bar, and I cannot get them up on my monitor 
anymore.

 

I’ve put them on my desktop to try, and still the 
same.

 

This is with the Dell laptop I have at my home 
office and will be going to campus shortly to try 
it there.
