Could you provide the WOU # on the laptop? The one I have here 
seems to be for the monitor it is connected to.

I recommended, if after clearing some user data didn't work, to put in a purchase request for a larger 500gb NVME ssd with the approximate cost of ~$50, and that we can clone the original NVME onto this larger drive.

I informed them at first to have each of their workers / student workers to delete their downloads folder and clear out anything they may have on their profile on that computer. I didn't get a WOU number of the device either.

Andrew and I went over there to see that their 256gb C drive had 0 bytes remaining - we first deleted Jacob Limas' old profile off of the computer to free up 1.7gb of data, and then we did a c drive clean up which got rid of ~3gb of old windows update stuff. We showed Crystal and another individual who's name I did not get that all the profiles logged into the computer were taking up ~100gb or so.
