For this setup; we have the GFA pool laptop that we got back from business services - 20200679[Edit Inv].

That is all fine, now going into the office where Maryanne will be - I found 

monitor (both gfa):

20141005[Edit Inv]
20200454[Edit Inv]

I also found gfa dock:

20200692[Edit Inv].

All that is needed for this setup is to bring the laptop over, as well as a mouse because there are already two keyboards present there.

Okay, after delving into the office, I uncovered all sorts of equipment moving mayhem - people have been swapping stuff when employees leave and not saying anything.

Laptop is done updating, office, adobe, sophos, dell command, windows updates all done. Named properly, moving AD for business services, I added the name provided in admin section and it pulled up mshinkl@mash.wou.edu so I think that's the right one, I emailed to confirm that.

Hi Heather,

I need some additional information regarding service request #81990

Description: Reimage 20200679[Edit Inv]

Was there other equipment as part of this setup originally that will be reassigned to Maryanne? If so, I need to get their WOU #'s so I can reassign the equip. in our inventory. 

Also, is there any additional pieces of software that may be needed on this laptop for Maryanne asides our default apps? (Zoom, MS office suite, Adobe,).

Hi Heather,

I can pick this laptop up for reimaging this coming Monday. It should take around a day or two to fully reimage. Does anyone know if theres any special software to be installed outside of the usual suspects? (Zoom, microsoft office, chrome, etc.)
