printer taken to PDR, ink and roller taken out of it. I had no clue that the roller was sensitive to light! It had been out and exposed on my desk for a while...

Brady went over there and couldn't figure it out - said it was doing the same thing that I was encountering the last time; I can take a look at it soon and probably recommend a new printer.

User had printer cable swapped before and that has 
worked, now has an issue with the printer not 
printing and showing as offline. // Needs someone to 
go and look at WEL 140H for Jennifer Birt.
