Jack Martinis	Dec 20, 2023 11:09 AM	It was Shant Printzian's laptop - when we arrived, it was already fine - though we noticed that the dock was plugged in through the USB-A port, and the charger was plugged in as well, through the USB-C port. To assure that there was no power weirdness, we unplugged the laptop power supply and then plugged the dock into usb c so it could do the charger. We also mentioned how it might not be the best to leave the laptop on the dock, as both produce heat. There was no visible dust clogging any fans. Overall, we are gonna see if this one pops back up - closing for now.	Add Attachment
Laurie McCoy	Dec 20, 2023 08:40 AM	Kella called nad said that #20190858 was overheating and presented with a hard drive failure. They need a loaner for the staff member who was using this laptop, they prefer a dell computer. They also said there is a computer #20150784 in the office that the staff member could use but would need to be added as an admin	Add Attachment
