Was able to direct her to creative cloud and it 
worked. She was attempting to install adobe apps

Hello,
I am able to get adobe downloaded and log in 
through portal but for some reason it says I do 
not have access to adobe. I will need access to 
adjust PDF's (create and edit) for my position. 
Please let me know what I need to do to get this 
active. I had it for my last position. I am here 
all day with 1 or 2 meetings.

The device that was assigned to you was a Dell, but if you wanted a Mac I can check with UCS to see if a Mac can be assigned to you if you wanted to request a Mac instead.

Hi Andrew,
I was working with another UCS tech cc'd here on which computer that I was going to receive. Do you know if they have assigned the DELL or the MAC to me? When talking about the supply list under my name he mentioned that we might be able to switch to a MAC set up at no additional cost to the department. However I wanted to make sure to verify this all. Thank you! I am here until 5 today.

Hello Ashley,

I am tasked with assigning equipment to you for use at your new job as Bursar, and I recently noticed a whole list of equipment that has been previously assigned to you at other positions and these have not been updated. This is the total equipment list that I have assigned to you, and I was hoping you could help me figure out if you will still be using any of these items:

If not, I need to coordinate with the departments they belong to in order to figure out where they are / who they are being used by so I can accurately update this inventory. Keep in mind that the two at the very end are the two pieces of equipment that I have assigned to you for the bursar position, I am in possession of those two pieces of equipment currently.

Went over there, and Ashley's office will be in AD101D. There is already a keyboard / mouse wireless combo, as well as this monitor:

Reassigned the monitor to her.

Setup still needs a dock, laptop put in for them. They want a second monitor.

The computer referenced here is one that is missing in action, I don't know what happened to it awhile ago but I don't think it's around anywhere - could be wrong. Basically, we just need to select a GFA pool laptop for this.

Description: Wants Dona Vasas Computer Reimaged

The inventory for this computer is showing that it's been 'MIA' since 6/15/23,

I don't believe we have this computer since it's been missing in action.

We had the one laptop, 20200679[Edit Inv], that also used to belong to Dona Vasas, and that was the one we are reimaging / delivering to Maryanne Shinkle.

If the new bursar, Ashley Schaumburg, needs a laptop, we can assign a GFA pool laptop.
