Hi Kyla,

I mean, it is the same thing that happened, but it 
got fixed and I was able to use it on Dec 21.  It 
has just occurred again.

Hi Marci,

Is this the same issue as the one that occurred on 
December 21 ? I saw that there was a ticket 
(SR#82038) that was created for a similar issue.

Hi Marci,

I reset the port on the switch and I can ping the scanner now.  Let's see if it works now.
