Brady and I met with Kristin at 2p today. Brady was 
able to download the printer driver and reconnect 
the in-office printer. Also reconnected the out of 
office printer. Issue was resolved. Closing ticket.

Hello Kristin,

No problem! I would be more than happy to come see what 
might be the issue. It's interesting that the printer 
you're directly connected with won't work either. I can 
head that way right after your meeting.

Hi Brady,

I'm trying to connect to a printer 
remotely that is in BELL 233 - it seems to 
have been added but I'm not getting a 
document to successfully print. I also 
want to connect to a printer that I'm 
connected to with a wire - but that isn't 
working either.

I'm in BELL 234. I have a meeting at 11 
am, but I'm open at 11:30 am or later.

Good morning,

Since my laptop was worked on in mid-December 
(thank you!), I've lost connection to the printers 
I use this year - I've tried to remap them myself 
but I don't seem to have the technical skills - 
could someone come to BELL 234 to assist me?
