I was able to go over there and install the setup; everything went well, was able to properly hook up his monitors, get the apple keyboard / mouse combo to sync wirelessly to new PC, got wifi added and ethernet hooked up, added his admin rights, added the printers in the building.

He isn't here tomorrow; Thursday would work better for him, though he said he could possibly come in tomorrow if need be. I think it would be best to schedule this for thursday, though I offered to set it up today if he is available.

Apologies for the miscommunication, it appears the technician who coordinated the appointment wasn't in this Monday. If you are available for tomorrow, I believe the same technician should be in and able to assist you with that. Does 10-11am still work with you?

I will see if we have technicians available on 
Monday at 10 or 11 AM; if we don't have 
technicians, we can reschedule another time.
 
I will personally be in on Wednesday; I'll be able 
to assist if there are no techs on Monday or 
Tuesday.

I need some additional information regarding

The computer equipment setup is ready for Omar 
Melchor-Ayala. We would like to know when is a 
good time to schedule and have this set-up.

We are available from Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 
5 PM.
