Good morning,

I"m having some trouble with my computer, WOU 
number 20171073[Edit Inv]. It looks like the drive is 
running at 100% right now so it's really really 
slow, even after just turning it on (see 
screenshot).  I've tried turning it off and on 
again, and am currently running sophos just in 
case but even restarting the computer took 15 
minutes. Would love any suggestions of what can be 
done. Thank you!
