Picked up the loaner and checked the setup just to 
make sure charger and laptop input were not plugged 
in at the same time. Setup was fine, no fan issue 
present. Closing ticket.

sounds good! It was working fine and would only do 
the fan once a day. So that was fine with me, just 
that error message made me bring it over. I'll be 
in CH 101 from now-12 and 1-3 any time then works!

Hi Laura,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #82098

Description: Dock is making sporatic loud noises

We have been extensively testing the dock and 
unfortunately haven't been able to replicate the 
sounds. We would love to come drop off the dock at 
your convenience and pick up the loaner. Is there a 
time today that we could drop by? We have techs here 
until 5p.

Brady attempted to replicate sound but was 
unsuccessful.

Laura brought in her dock - W 20210351[Edit Inv] saying that 
it was making loud noises randomly. Gave her a 
loaner - W 20200303[Edit Inv] - with charger, but did not 
recieve a charger from her. Keeping her dock here 
to diagnose.
