Hi Alicia,

Description: Computer having issues turning on. displaying error messages

I believe the laptop is in working order now, if you would like to come into UCS sometime to test it out briefly and make sure it works. We are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm - we won't be open next Monday for MLK day, however.

switched laptop to AHCI and it boots just fine now, would like the user to test it at the office.

It keeps giving her error messages to 
troubleshoot.  She has tried turning it off and on 
again several times and clicked on the startup 
trouble sheet but it hasn't helped any.

She is here in the Advising Center.
