Replaced the instrutor VDI unit with one from the 
lab. Brought it back for reimaging. Jenna will be 
providing another one to install.

20190760[Edit Inv] was vdi station with either a bad Ethernet cord or its 
Ethernet wall port was unconnected. Also was 20190763[Edit Inv] with its 
https in the vdi url crossed out as if it didn’t have a secure 
connection, though it seemed to work fine otherwise.

20190760[Edit Inv] was vdi station in question - plugging the neighboring ethernet cord fixed it, so ether it's main ethernet cord or the port it's connected to isn't working. Was also 20190763[Edit Inv] in the same row that had a slash through it's https for the vdi server login, so something about it's connection isn't secured.

we will need to get the WOU# from the actual VDI, or 
serial number. this classroom is free from 1-4 for 
this

Hello, 

A computer in the MNB 110 lab is unable to connect 
to either VDI server. It is serial number 
20120114[Edit Inv], back row right side, closest to the 
aisle. See below for the current screen. Both menu 
options give connection errors and a manual 
restart did not fix the problem. 

I don’t think this causes an immediate problem for 
teaching in this room, but it should be addressed 
at some point.
