had Adrianna log in on computer with student 
account and log into vdi as staff account and 
upload files to vdi and onto their H-Drive. 
Adrianna hadn't registered using the Office 365

Had them do that and it worked!

Hi Jack,
This wasn't the only issue.
We asked that someone come to help her with this, and other things.  She
tried the "mash" and it went to the next step, but then a window popped up
which said she didn't have authorization.
In-person help at her desk is required, which I requested.
She is gone for today and will be back in the office (BELL 310) from
8:00-9:45 tomorrow.  Can you come by tomorrow morning to help her?

Hi Karen,

Description: Student Worker needs assistance transferring information from student account to work account. 

Adrianna should be able to log into Word using there staff account - though instead of @mail.wou.edu, it will be @mash.wou.edu for Microsoft apps.

So for there case it should be cardenasa@mash.wou.edu

Also, a potential solution to moving files over from H drive to H drive would be to use Google Drive as a buffer. They could login to the student account, put all the files they need from their H drive to their google drive (on either the student or staff account) and then login to the staff account and download those files from the google drive they saved it to. 

If there are any additional questions, or some in-person help is required, I would be more than happy to meet somewhere on campus or here at UCS.

Karen Scott called this morning 1/9/2024. She 
stated that she has a student worker who was using 
her student account login to work on things as 
well as to input her timesheet. However, they then 
setup a work account for her this quarter. But now  
she needs help transferring over the things from 
her student account to her work account. They 
stated they need help with this ASAP as she is 
unable to use word without being prompted to sign 
in and needs from her H drive.
