Tray 1 was set to card stock so it was trying to 
print to bypass tray.  Changed tray 1 to plain 
paper, now it works.

Chris called and said the printers in the 24 hour 
room at the library are not printing because jobs 
are queueing up in the bypass tray and that 
they're only going to one printer instead of 
equally splitting between both
