I was able to go over there and fix this issue; I simply removed the printer from the printer list in windows, then unplugged the cable, replugged the cable, and the printer re-added properly. Fixed.

I am not able to print to The Canon printer in my 
office.  It is not networked.  When I go into my 
settings, it says the driver is unavailable.  Can 
you help me with this?
