Jack,

Thank you for getting back to me.  We have a new hire that started in December.  When we went in to get her connected to WOU Alert, it just gave us error messages.  The employee is Christa McDougal (mcdougalc@wou.edu) and her office is in RWEC 220.  If you could work with her directly to get this resolved, that would be great.  I've cc'd her on this email to bring her into the conversation.

Hi Christa,

I just wanted to check in and see if you still 
needed help signing up for WOU Alert? I see that 
Adam was able to help you hook up the scanner but 
that the WOU Alert problem might still be 
unresolved. If you need assistance with this we 
will have techs available Monday through Friday 
8am to 5pm (I am available Friday 8am-5pm). If 
not, then I will go ahead and close this ticket!

We have a couple service requests open stating 
that you need assistance hooking up your scanner 
and signing up for WOU Alert. Was anyone able to 
help you resolve these issues this week? If not, 
we have techs here from 8am-5pm today and can send 
someone over to help troubleshoot at whatever time 
is convenient for you!

She tried clearing cookies in the browser but it 
didn't work. She is available next week 8am-11am and 
12pm-5pm for a tech to come help troubleshoot the

portable and I am getting the following message:

I tried to log in and I get the following error 
message:
