Hi Arsilda,

I need some additional information regarding service
request #82228

Description: Computers running slow

I would still like to schedule a date/time to take a
look at these computers with you, so you can
demonstrate the issue. We couldn't recreate the
issue ourselves.

Thanks,

-Brady

We still have to coordinate a time where she can demonstrate this problem in person, she's been off campus recently.

Hi Arsilda,

I need some additional information regarding service request #82228

Description: Computers running slow

I believe we would have to replicate this issue in person for us to see the problem - were the students that had success in doing this possibly putting the pictures in a different way? It sounds a little difficult for visual studio to pull files from our personal drives. If there is any availability this week or next to replicate the problem, we would be more than happy to look at and attempt to fix it.

Hello,
Today, students encountered an issue on two lab
computers with the codes 20220729[Edit Inv] and 20220742[Edit Inv],
reporting difficulties uploading pictures from
their personal :H drive to Visual Studio. I
personally tested one student on a different
computer, and they were able to perform the task
without any issues. Other students working on
various computers did not face similar problems.
Could you please assist in checking the computers
to identify and resolve the issue?
Thank you.
