dropped off laptops and instructed Malia that when 
"network accounts unavailable" bubble pops up in the 
corner, wait for it to go away before attempting to 
log in, or try connecting to a dock with ethernet.

We have the freedom center laptops working again, we can drop 
them off or someone can pick them up! When someone who hasn't 
logged into the laptop before wants to log in, the laptop just 
has to be connected to the internet through wifi or ethernet.

Yes! We're experiencing that the laptop will only 
allow the individual who logged in to the laptop 
with their student login information to be the 
only person who can utilize it. The laptop was 
checked out under Aneli, and she is currently the 
only person who can log in. We were hoping that 
this issue could be resolved so that any student 
can log in with their student information. 
Additionally, the WOU number is 20200472[Edit Inv].

Hello!

I hope all is well. We have an additional laptop 
here that needs to be checked for the same issue 
as the laptops we dropped off a couple of weeks 
ago. Would it be possible if I could drop off the 
last laptop around noon today? Please let me know 
at your earliest convenience.
