Hi Sharon,

I need some additional information regarding service request #82307

Description: Pick up laptop to be reimaged and updated

I apologize for the miscommunication regarding that laptop; the reason it was at the front desk was for me to run a command very quickly on it to get it to report to our University's server - we had a list of macs that were failing to report which was a security risk. I already put in the command, so the laptop should be fine and ready to go. If Chris / someone wants it reimaged, we can do so, but it should be fine in the mean time.

Hello,

That could be possible if it hasn't been updated 
since 2022. I can make a ticket to arrange that! 
If you'd like to leave it at the front desk of the 
TRIO office then I can have a tech come pick it up 
next week to have it reimaged and updated for you. 
Just let me know if that is something you'd like 
to do.

Hello,

I looked at the service request history in our 
system and the last notes we have for that 
computer was from March 2022. I can't seem to find 
any record of any recent service requests or 
emails about that computer in particular. It does 
say it is assigned to Chris Solario.  Hope this 
was helpful!

Hello UCS!

I have kind of a silly question -

I have a MAC laptop WOU #20200868[Edit Inv]
with a note on it at my front desk in the Advising 
Center for the TRIO Student Enrichment Program 
(SEP) saying UCS with pick up.

I'm not sure what someone there was going to do 
with it?
Or maybe it has been picked up and returned and 
the sticky note maybe wasn't removed?

Do you have any record of what is being done with 
this computer?
