Sorry to bother you about this - did you pick up this laptop by chance?
I have no update that someone came to grab it and I can't seem to find it in the box I listed it under. I am assuming it was picked up,
I just wanted to be 100% sure before I closed the ticket.

Hello Dianice, 

We have this laptop - 20181391, all reimaged and ready to go with our default apps (zoom, chrome, ms office, adobe), and was wondering if any additional applications were needed on the computer.
When would be a good time for us to deliver or you to pick this up from us? I can schedule a good time and leave it in a safe place.
